CRCG's rehabilitation services are available on a a referral only basis. Rehabilitation services are comprised of treatment as a result of a medical condition, be it injury or surgery recovery, weight management, obesity, arthitis, or other medically related problem.

Please note: Rehabilitation is considered separate from recreation, for which a veterinarian referral is appreciated but not necessary.

Start by discussing your options with your primary veterinarian; he or she has the best knowledge of your dog's health. If you both agree rehabilitation is warranted, please ask your vet to provide a referral.

CRCG must receive the referral prior to the initial evaluation. Referral forms may be obtained by either calling CRCG, downloading the form off of our website, or completing our online form (refer to our forms page for details).
