Lisa Speaker, Canine Massage

Lisa Speaker is one of CRCG's Canine Massage Providers. Since 2002 Lisa has divided her time between practicing and teaching equine and canine acupressure and massage and developing educational materials for enthusiasts and professionals.

Lisa is an Advisory Council Member of IAAMB, The International Association of Animal Massage and Bodywork, a founder of CAAMB, Colorado Association of Animal Massage and Bodyworkers, a member of IAAMT, International Association of Animal Massage Therapists and Founder of CAAOR, Colorado Alliance for Animals Owners Rights.

Prior to founding Dogma, Lisa received a BA from Marist College in New York and went to work writing, producing and directing educational and medical programs for various healthcare companies in Boston, MA. Upon moving to Denver, Lisa became a Personal Fitness Trainer and triathlete, completing a half-ironman. Shortly thereafter, Lisa traveled to California to pursue her true calling, an education in Animal Acupressure and Massage. During her studies Lisa identified a lack of educational materials for students and began authoring a workbook on canine acupressure. Lisa has also produced three videos on equine and canine massage and developed several acupressure charts.

Upon award of licensing by the Colorado Department of Higher Education, Lisa founded The Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage, www.rmsaam.com, specifically for educating and catering to animal massage practitioners.
