Southbound I-25 (from North)
Take the Santa Fe (85) exit - South.  Proceed to the Hampden North exit. Take the first right on Jason street. Turn right on Kenyon St (second stop sign). Take a left on Lipan Street. We're about 1/2 way down the block on the left.

Northbound I-25 (from South)
Take the Hampden West exit, and go toward the mountains. Pass University then Broadway. Take a left on S. Inca, follow it around to the left where it turns into Jason. Take a right on Kenyon. Take a left on Lipan. We're about 1/2 way down the block on the left.

If you're coming from the North West, you can take Hampden East from C-470. If you're coming from the South West, you can take Santa Fe from C-470.

Broomfield Clinic

From Denver
Head north on I-25.  Take exit 217  to merge onto US-36 West toward Boulder.  Take the CO-121 exit (1st Bank Center Exit) toward US-287/Broomfield/Lafayette.  Turn left (south) at first light off exit - Wadsworth Parkway/CO-121 South).  Continue south on Wadsworth Pkwy. Turn right at W. 116th Circle (one light past the Metro Airport intersection).  If you pass the US Post Office on the right you have gone too far.  After turning onto W. 116th Circle, we are located in the second building on the right.  8855 W. 116th Circle.
