Dr. Helene graduated from Colorado State University (CSU) in 1994 with a BS in Biology, and from the Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. Since graduation she has worked in Delta and Littleton Colorado as a small animal veterinarian and since graduation has become increasingly interested in acupuncture and integration of traditional and alternative medicine.
In 2004, Dr. Helene completed a certification in Veterinary Acupuncture through the Veterinary College at CSU and in May 2006 she started her own mobile veterinary and acupuncture service. In September 2006, Dr. Helene started working as an acupuncturist with Canine Rehabilitation and Conditioning Group and continues to pursue continuing education in acupuncture and herbal medicine.
